This means you can easily invite anyone, including clients and suppliers, to edit your documents and presentations online without having an awkward dialogue about how one of you doesn’t have the Microsoft Office suite installed. The MS Online version is not cost prohibitive and therefore everybody can have access to it’s functionality. For most users, these features will be enough to work with to create simple text documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
